We are looking for people excited about working in the food industry. Our internships generally begin in May or June and run for 8-12 weeks. Your team may need you to travel to one or more of our 13 facilities throughout GA, AL, MS, NC or AR. You must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours/wk. You may be required to work different shifts at times during the internship. We require all interns to possess strong computer skills. You must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Wayne Farms’ interns have a strong academic record and demonstrate initiative, drive, high ethical standards, strong communication and analytical skills. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university and be considered an incoming junior by your academic institution. We require all interns to possess strong computer skills and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Interns are assigned real work projects with clear objectives and deliverables that have a significant business impact within the sponsoring functional area. You will work with teams and experts in the poultry and food industry while you apply your knowledge to real-world business situations. If you do well, you may be asked to join us after graduation.
