Wayne Farms LLC is a major hand-deboner of boneless breast and boneless thigh, a significant portion of which is raw material for the further processing facilities.

Further Processed

Wayne Farms is also a major producer of marinated, breaded, cooked and individually frozen products for a variety of customers under the DUTCH QUALITY HOUSE® label.

Food Service  Wayne Farms LLC provides broiler products to every variety of food service customer, from white tablecloth restaurants to fast food outlets, delicatessens and convenience stores.
Industrial
Wayne Farms LLC broiler products are a key raw material for industrial customers who use chicken as an ingredient in their prepared frozen and canned foods.
Export
Approximately 10% of Wayne Farms LLC’s production is exported, most in form of products such as leg quarters, drumsticks, wing tips and paws.
