American Samoa, Armenia, Bahrain, China, Cuba, Curacao, Guam, Iraq, Korea, Marshall Islands, Mexico, New Caledonia, Okinawa, Oman, Palau, Russia, Saipan, Singapore, Tahiti and the United Arab Emirates.
