• Fixed, on-board temperature monitoring and recording of FP shipments
• 24/7 response/repair/rescue-we require it of all of our FP carriers
• State-of-the-Art 24/7 communication with our carriers-they choose (cell, GPS, etc.) but required
• Supplemental carrier insurance-we require them to have enough to cover full load
• Bi-annual audit and certification of our frozen storage warehouses and quarterly audit and certification of our FP facilities
• Temperature download capabilities from the carrier on demand
