AARON LEACH

SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT OF SUPPLY CHAIN AND GENERAL MANAGER PREPARED FOODS

Aaron Leach is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for global supply chain management, as well as leadership of the Prepared Foods business unit.

Aaron's oversight encompasses all aspects of the supply chain function for 23 fresh and further processing facilities, including procurement, supply & demand planning, inventory management, and warehousing and logistics. As General Manager of The Prepared Foods Business Unit, Aaron will oversee all aspects of sales and operations, be responsible for strategic and capital planning, and have full P&L accountability.

Joining the company in 2005, he has served in a variety of key roles including Vice President Supply Chain and stints as director of financial planning, strategic planning and supply chain. His expertise has resulted in transformational impact across the business, most recently leading the Wayne-Sanderson Farms integration process. He began his career with Rich Products, serving in several roles including senior business analyst, financial analyst, and accountant before joining Wayne Farms.

Earning a B.S. in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Aaron is a competitive athlete and runner and has competed in several Iron Man triathlons as well as local and regional charity events. He is driven by a passion for servant leadership and Wayne-Sanderson Farm’s operating ethos of continuous improvement.
