Instead of our usual recipe format, this time we’re serving up some easy, healthy and tasty chicken snack ideas that can be adapted to your tastes and preferences!
Grilled Chicken Skewers: Marinate chicken breast in your favorite herbs and spices (Mrs. Dash has some handy ones that are all lower sodium and delightful) and a tablespoon of greek yogurt. Skewer your chicken and grill it up for a flavorful and high-protein snack. You can also add veggies like bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes to make it more nutritious or even a meal.
Baked Chicken Tenders: Coat chicken tenders in a mixture of breadcrumbs, flour and seasonings, then bake in the oven for a crispy and satisfying snack. Serve with a healthy dipping sauce like Greek yogurt, hummus, or yogurt-ranch for extra flavor.
