Recent Accomplishments
- Launched an X-ray and bone reduction program with the goal of achieving a 10% reduction each year
- Condensed packaging materials and standardized pallet patterns to reduce waste
- Implemented a continuous assessment of antimicrobial interventions to reduce and/or eliminate the presence of Salmonella spp. in finished product
USDA Performance Standards
Our goal is to achieve Category 1 status for both whole birds and parts for all of our plants
