
RANDY KEENE
VP FRESH SALES
Randy Keene serves as Vice President of Fresh Sales for Wayne Farms, responsible for customer development and sales initiatives in both domestic and international markets. With more than 38 years of food industry experience, Randy is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is a primary driver of market growth for the company.
Randy joined Wayne Farms in January 2020 as Senior Director of Fresh Sales. His food industry expertise covers many disciplines ranging from purchasing, quality assurance, food safety, distribution, ingredients, sales, and sales management. He brings a wealth of leadership experience to his position, most recently as Vice President of Supply Chain for Zaxby’s, as well as senior roles with ConAgra, Seaboard Farms, Gold Kist and Givaudan.
Randy earned a BS in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the National Chicken Council’s Marketing Committee. He has participated in several key industry forums, including Philip Crosby Quality College, Six Sigma, and Descriptive Sensory Analysis from the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
His successful leadership approach is driven by his passion for developing people to grow into making positive contributions in their respective area of work with a sense of urgency, strong work ethic and building strong relationships with integrity.
